I notice that a lot of blogs I read nowadays are trying to update their blogs frequently than usual. I can see blogs being updated daily, some even post more than one post a day! Though this may seem a good thing, there are times that I couldn't keep up with the tons of posts that I have to read. I end up being choked up with the posts that are needed to be consumed. *cough* Too many posts is overwhelming A ton of unread blog posts are actually not a pretty sight to some people. It’s a psychological effect wherein one feels overwhelmed with the number of posts that needs to be read. Another factor is that not everyone has the time to spare to read a lot of posts, especially if they are very long.

Silently but effectively building hype since they started in 2007, Global Trade Philippines, a-sort-of-Alibaba with Filipino flavor, maximizes offline PR through magazine article features. I first saw them in Entrepreneur Philippines and this month, they’re in SME Insight. This definitely expands their reach to their target market, the otherwise not-always-Internet-savvy local traders. Definitely watch out [...]

Every time I bring up the topic of “blogging” with non-bloggers, I always seem to get interesting reactions out of them. “Blog? Sabi ng ate ko pangit daw yun e.” “E parang diary lang yun, diba?” “Mas maganda pa Friendster dun.” “Puro sulat lang naman ang ginagawa doon, e.” Based on these reactions we could easily see that people have a lot of misconceptions about blogging which prevent them from seeing its greatness and are keeping them from trying it out.
